Mars Rover for McGill University Robotics

We recently sponsored the McGill Robotics team by 3D printing certain components of their Mars Rover - named Bhumi, to compete in the ERC 2016 in Poland.
They placed 3rd among 22 teams from all over the world! The European Rover Challenge (ERC) is a contest for Student Teams.
A Student Team has to design and build a Martian rover prototype and use that robot to compete in various Tasks at a designated location.
Robot for Cégep Gérald-Godin Student Project

A student studying microelectronics and robotics at Cégep Gérald-Godin in Sainte-Geneviève, Montreal, built this robot named "Analysis Prime".
This robot uses 3D printed parts built at our 3D print shop.
The purpose of this robot is to measure signals at different points (connectors) of an electronic board platform (like the ones we find in TV, radio, etc.).
McGill University Mechanical Engineering Project

We recently 3D printed these interesting cubes for some McGill University students in Montreal (Quebec) Canada.
The purpose of this design project was to study the effects of the cellular microstructure of wood on its strength along different axis.
McGill University Rocket Team Payload Project

We 3D printed this payload for the McGill Rocket Team's new rocket for their upcoming competition.
Their project is to design and build a 10 ft. rocket to reach an altitude of 10,000 ft. above ground level, carrying a scientific payload.
The payload is a solar powered glider that will be deployed from the rocket at apogee and start collecting data on its descent.
